The Acura RDX continues to rank as one of the best examples of a luxury compact SUV crossover. Pre-production for this commercial was devoted to storyboarding the most effective coverage in order to highlight the RDX's new standard safety features. Comprehensive storyboards were essential to maintaining strong communication and safety standards as shooting began  in downtown L.A. All driving sequences would be shot with a Russian Arm which meant that a rolling police motorcade, minimal traffic disturbance and street locks ups would be required. Once everything was in motion, the storyboards became one of the best ways to quickly and safely get all departments on the same page while dealing with the challenges that always come along with filming in a bustling city.
